Abstract:
Provided is a layered color development point group display with which it is possible to display a three-dimensional image with a simple configuration, using natural color development of a substance which itself configures a pixel. The layered color development point group display comprises: a three-dimensional image presentation unit (20) which layers, upon a transparent substrate, a plurality of planar display units (10) at a prescribed spacing, wherein a plurality of transparent particle pixels (12) which develop color by light illumination are positioned; and a projection light control unit (30) which illuminates light upon the pixels (12) upon each of the planar display units (10) which are layered upon the three-dimensional image presentation unit (20). The pixels (12) are of a photochromic material, and develop color by illumination with ultraviolet light.
