Abstract:
The present invention provides layered super-hydrophilic Ti-Cu-MOFs and a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of composite materials. In the present invention, copper ions and titanium ions are used as bimetallic centers and undergo a coordination reaction with rigid aromatic amine ligands, thus efficiently synthesizing layered super-hydrophilic Ti-Cu-MOFs having a lamellar structure. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the present invention is simple, can control shape and structure, prepares layered super-hydrophilic Ti-Cu-MOFs having surfaces rich in hydroxyl groups, has a high adsorption capacity for phospholipid co-extracts in clinical biological samples, and can be used for analyzing phenothiazine drugs and metabolites thereof in biological samples and for realizing one-step separation and purification, thus greatly improving the pretreatment efficiency of clinical biological samples and shortening analysis time.
