Abstract:
An LCP film production apparatus and method, comprising: a frame; a screw rod extrusion apparatus; a T-shaped material port; an extrusion assembly comprising a first roller wheel, a second roller wheel, and a third roller wheel, the first roller wheel and the second roller wheel being arranged in parallel and fixedly disposed below the T-shaped material port, the third roller wheel being parallelly and fixedly disposed next to the second roller wheel; and an electromagnetic field generator, which is fixedly connected to the T-shaped material port by means of bolts and is disposed about the periphery of the T-shaped material port; the screw rod extrusion apparatus is fixedly arranged at the top end of the frame, and the T-shaped material port is fixedly disposed at one end of the screw rod extrusion apparatus. By means of the field generated by the electromagnetic field generator, the invention is able to undo the orderly arrangement of LCP molecules, thereby lessening and even eliminating the anisotropy problem with respect to horizontal and vertical tensile strength.
