Title:
LEAD ION-DETECTING COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYDIACETYLENE LIPOSOME, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND LEAD ION DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/229391
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lead ion-detecting composition comprising a polydiacetylene liposome, a preparation method therefor, and a lead ion detection method. The polydiacetylene liposome modified with galloyl groups, which are ligands specific to lead ions, forms coordinate bonds specifically with lead ions, and may simultaneously undergo a color shift from blue color to red color in an aqueous solution and fluorescence transfer from non-fluorescence to fluorescence. Thus this can be used effectively in a colorimetric and fluorescence method-based method for detecting lead ions with high sensitivity.
