Abstract:
This lead member has: a lead conductor comprising a first main surface and a second main surface on a side opposite to the first main surface; and a resin part that coves the first and second main surfaces and both lateral surfaces between both ends of the lead conductor with the lead conductor exposed at said both ends in a first direction. The lead conductor has a metal base material, and a colored layer formed on at least a portion of the surface of the metal base material. In the entire region of a wavelength band of 220-850 nm, the regular reflectance of the colored layer is 0.3 or lower when the total reflectance of a barium sulfate is 1.0.
