Abstract:
Provided is a lead terminal having an external terminal part of which at least a part is exposed from an exterior body including a resin and an insulating filler and an internal terminal part which is embedded in the exterior body, wherein: at least one of the external terminal part and the internal terminal part has a plastic deformation surface in which recesses recessed in a plurality of curved surfaces are formed in a random arrangement; and the external terminal part and the internal terminal part include a base material composed of the same metal and a plating layer formed on a surface corresponding to at least a dimple or the recesses in the base material.
