Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a leather release paper production apparatus, for use in producing a leather release paper. The leather release paper production apparatus comprises a female embossing roller, a first coating roller abutting against the female embossing roller, a first coating tank for allowing the first coating roller to stick an ultra-low surface tension coating, a second coating roller abutting against the female embossing roller, a second coating tank for allowing the second coating roller to stick an electron beam curing release paper coating, and a curing device facing the female embossing roller to cure the ultra-low surface tension coating on the female embossing roller. The first coating roller and the second coating roller are spaced apart from each other along the radial direction, and the curing device is arranged between the first coating roller and the second coating roller along the radial direction. According to the leather release paper production apparatus of the present invention, the ultra-low surface tension coating is coated before coating the electron beam curing release paper coating and is cured by the curing device, so that the surface tension of the female embossing roller and the surface tension of the leather release paper can be reduced.
