Abstract:
Disclosed are an LED device (32), an LED backlight module and a display apparatus. The LED backlight module comprises an LED lamp panel (30), and a diffusion plate (33) and an optical diaphragm (34) which are sequentially located above the lamp panel (30), wherein the LED lamp panel (30) comprises a drive circuit, a substrate (31), and a plurality of LED devices (32) located on the substrate (31); each of the LED devices (32) comprises a transparent LED holder (321), an LED chip (322) arranged at the bottom of the transparent LED holder (321), and an encapsulation adhesive layer (323) that is formed inside the transparent LED holder (321) and covers the LED chip (322); a diffusion agent is distributed in the encapsulation adhesive layer (323); and the optical diaphragm (34) comprises a brightness enhancement film (341), an MOP (342) and a QBEF (343), which are sequentially arranged from the inside out. With the transparent LED support (321) and the encapsulation adhesive layer (323) which comprises the diffusion agent, the LED device (32) can achieve a large angle and uniform light emission. Based on the LED device (32), the OD/PITCH value can be reduced. In addition, by means of reducing or adjusting the type of the diaphragm, the cost is reduced while ensuring a good optical effect, so as to ensure that the backlight module is lightweight and thin.
