The direction from the heat collection side (2) to the heat dissipation side (1) is a first direction (a), the heat dissipation side (1) is formed with heat dissipation grooves (10), the heat dissipation groove (10) is provided with an opening (100) and a bottom (102), and the opening (100) is opposite to the bottom (102); the bottom (102) is provided with a protrusion (1026) protruding along the first direction (a), the protrusion (1026) penetrates through the bottom (102), and the bottom (102) smoothly extends from the protrusion (1026) in a direction opposite to the first direction (a). The protrusion (1026) is provided at the bottom (102) of the heat dissipation groove (10) of the LED heat dissipation device, and the bottom (102) is gradually lowered from the protrusion (1026) to form a smooth drainage channel, so that accumulated water can be drained by means of structures such as drainage holes (1028) or sidewalls (106), and dirt at the bottom of the heat dissipation groove can be removed to achieve the technical effect of automatic drainage and dirt removal.
