Abstract:
The present invention relates to an LED heat-radiating structure and an LED lighting lamp using the same and, more particularly, to an LED heat-radiating structure and an LED lighting lamp using the same, wherein heat generated by an LED module is discharged to the outside by the LED heat-radiating structure, the LED heat-radiating structure is configured in a cylindrical shape, and the fluid penetration member of the LED heat-radiating structure has a movement passage provided also on the upper surface thereof, to which the LED module is attached, such that, through the operating fluid that flows along the upper surface of the fluid penetration member, heat is quickly conducted by heat-radiating fins and discharged to the outside, thereby substantially improving the heat-radiating efficiency. The LED heat-radiating structure and the LED lighting lamp using the same, according to the present invention, comprise: a cylindrical body portion, which has the shape of a hollow cylinder, and which comprises an inner wall and an outer wall; a plurality of heat-radiating fins formed integrally with the cylindrical body portion on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body portion; a fluid penetration member provided between the inner and outer walls of the cylindrical body portion such that an operating fluid fills the same and moves; at least one barrier provided inside the fluid penetration member so as to separate the fluid penetration member; and a plurality of tiny capillary tubes provided on the inner surface of the fluid penetration member so as to provide a path of circulation of the operating fluid by means of the capillary force, wherein the lower portion of the fluid penetration member is bonded, thereby preventing the operating fluid from leaking to the outside, and, in connection with the upper portion thereof, the inner wall of the cylindrical body portion is removed by 2-6 mm with reference to the upper-end portion thereof, a first circular plate is bonded to the upper portion of the removed part, and a second circular plate is bonded to the upper portion of the outer wall of the cylindrical body portion such that the operating fluid also moves to the upper surface, thereby improving the heat-radiating efficiency.
