Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of light-emitting diodes, and provides an LED lamp holder (10), an LED lamp bead (20) and an LED lamp strip (30). The LED lamp holder (10) comprises an insulating base (11), and a plurality of conductive terminals (12) fixed onto the insulating base (11) by means of injection molding, wherein a recessed cavity (110) for accommodating an LED chip assembly (21) and an LED packaging adhesive is formed in the insulating base (11); each conductive terminal (12) has a bonding pad part (121), which is arranged in the recessed cavity (110) in a penetrating manner to be used for electrically connecting to the LED chip assembly (21), and a pin part (122) exposed from the insulating base (11); at least some pin parts (122) are spaced apart in pairs to form a first pin pair (120); and at least one first pin pair (120) is arranged along a first track (PQ) and extends in a direction away from the insulating base (11), the other pin parts (122) are arranged along a second track (RS), and the first track (PQ) and the second track (RS) intersect. When the LED lamp bead (20) and the LED lamp strip (30) are assembled using the LED lamp holder (10), the risks of pseudo soldering, pin deformation and even deformation of the LED lamp holder (10) can be effectively reduced, thereby being beneficial for effectively improving the reliability of the LED lamp bead (20) and the LED lamp strip (30) and prolonging the service life thereof.
