An LED lamp with an illumination angle adjustable, comprising a front cover (1), a connecting plate (2), a substrate (3), a control main board (4), a rear cover (7), a base (9), a supporting seat (11), an LED housing (12), an LED lamp (13) and a controller (14). The front cover (1) and the rear cover (7) are in threaded connection with the LED housing (12); the substrate (3) is mounted inside the LED housing (12); the LED lamp (13) is mounted on the substrate (3); the connecting plate (2) is mounted inside the LED housing (12) and is located at the left side of the LED lamp (13); the control main board (4) is mounted inside the LED housing (12), and a receiving apparatus (5) is mounted on the control main board (4); the supporting seat (11) is mounted with the LED housing (12) via a rotary apparatus (6); a lifting apparatus (10) is arranged on the supporting seat (11); and an output end of the controller (14) is electrically connected to an input end of each of the receiving apparatus (5), the rotary apparatus (6) and the lifting apparatus (10). A control main board is arranged inside an LED housing, and a receiving apparatus is arranged on the control main board, so that signals sent by a controller can be received, and the illumination intensity can be automatically controlled and adjusted.
