Abstract:
An LED light bulb of a HE solution and a manufacturing process therefor. The LED light bulb of the HE solution comprises a light head, an upper housing, and a bulb housing. The light head, the upper housing, and the bulb housing compose a light bulb housing. An LED light board, an insulating board, a capacitor, an inductor, and a power supply cable are provided within the light bulb housing. The insulating board and the LED light board are plugged. The capacitor, the inductor, and the power supply cable are provided on the insulating board and electrically connected to the LED light board. The manufacturing process for the LED light bulb of the HE solution comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing an LED light board; S2, plugging an insulating board and the LED light board via a first automated plugging machine; S3, plugging a capacitor, an inductor, a power supply cable, and a fuse resistor into through holes on the insulating board in no particular order via corresponding automated plugging machines; and S4, assembling the LED light board having undergone S3 with a light head, an upper housing, and a bulb housing. The LED light bulb of the HE solution of the present invention is structurally simple and favors automated assembly.
