Abstract:
A LED light-emitting device (10) and a manufacturing process thereof. The light-emitting device (10) comprises at least two light strips (100) and a power supply unit (200) supplying electric power to the light strips (100). The light strip (100) comprises a light-strip casing (110), two main electrical wires (120) embedded in the light-strip casing (110) and at least an LED flexible printed circuit board (130). The LED flexible printed circuit board (130) is connected electrically to the main electrical wires (120). A first connector (140) and a second connector (150) are disposed on two ends of the light strip (100) separately. The first connector (140) and the second connector (150) are connected electrically to the main electrical wires (120). Two neighboring light strips (100) are connected electrically and detachably through the first connector (140) and the second connector (150). Hence, the total length of the light strips (100) can be changed by adjusting the number of the light strips (100) that are interconnected, without changing the overall operating status of the LED light-emitting device (10), and the light strips (100) of different colors can be interconnected to maximize the applicability of the LED light-emitting device (10), facilitating the usage or transportation of the LED light-emitting device (10).
