Abstract:
An LED light-emitting source device, comprising: a first substrate (20) which is light-transmitting and has a first fitting surface (21); at least two pins (12), each pin (12) having an inner connecting portion (121) and an outer connecting portion (122), the inner connecting portion (121) of each pin (12) being connected to the first fitting surface (21) of the first substrate (20), the outer connecting portion (122) of each pin (12) being exposed to the outside of the first fitting surface (21); at least one control chip (41) fixedly provided on the first fitting surface (21) of the first substrate (20); at least one LED chip (42) fixedly provided on the first fitting surface (21) of the first substrate (20); at least one conductive wire (43), which is fixedly provided on the first fitting surface (21) of the first substrate (20), and is connected to the control chip (41), the LED chip (42) and the inner connecting portions (121) of the pins (12), so as to electrically conduct the control chip (41), the LED chip (42) and the pins (12); and a second substrate (60) which is light-transmitting and has a second fitting surface (61), the second fitting surface (16) being in fit connection with the first fitting surface (21) of the first substrate (20), so as to enclose the conductive wire (43), the control chip (41), the LED chip (42) and the inner connecting portions (121) of the pins (12) between the first fitting surface (21) and the second fitting surface (61), so that an all-round light-emitting effect is achieved.
