Abstract:
Provided is an LED light source device in which the reflectivity can be improved over a long period of time even under the condition that light and heat are applied at the same time, and also provided is a method for manufacturing the LED light source device. The LED light source device has a substrate, electrodes formed on the substrate, a white inorganic resist layer disposed so as to cover, except for the electrodes, the substrate surface on which the electrodes are formed, and an LED element connected to the electrodes, wherein the white inorganic resist layer includes white inorganic particulates dispersed or blended into an inorganic binder. The method is used for manufacturing such LED light source device.
