Abstract:
An LED light source module (1) comprises an LED chip (10) and a printed circuit board (20), wherein the LED chip (10) is disposed on the printed circuit board (20). At least a hole (21) penetrating the printed circuit board (20) is provided at the position of the printed circuit board (20) where the LED chip (10) is disposed. The aperture of the hole (21) at the end adjacent to the LED chip (10) is smaller than the aperture of the hole (21) at the end far from the LED chip (10), and a heat-conduction layer (22) is coated on the inner wall of the hole (21). A backlight module comprises the LED light source module (1), and a liquid crystal display device comprises the backlight module. The LED light source module (1), the backlight module and the liquid crystal display device can effectively enhance the heat-dissipating efficiency and prolong the life of product.
