Abstract:
A LED light source module used in the direct type BLU and having a heat conduction system and a heat radiation system comprises a circuit board (21), a plurality of LEDs (22), an light diffusion element (23), an light reflection element (25) and a shell (26); the plurality of LEDs (22) are provided on one side of the circuit board (21) and achieve electrical connection by the circuit board (21), the light emitting from the plurality of LEDs (22) passes through the light diffusion element (23) and irradiates on the LCD; the light reflection element (25) is provided on another side of the circuit board (21) and reflects the light leakage of the plurality of LEDs (22); the circuit board (21), the plurality of LEDs (22), the light diffusion element (23) and the light reflection element (25) are set in the shell (26); wherein, transparent heat conduction material (27) is covered on the plurality of LEDs (22), a heat isolation element (28) is provided between the transparent heat conduction material (27) and the light diffusion element (23), a heat radiation space (29) is formed between the heat isolation element (28) and the transparent heat conduction material (27), and at least two air convection holes (30) form on the portion of the shell (26) corresponding to the heat radiation space (29).
