The purpose of the present invention it to provide, at low cost, an LED module and an LED light fixture capable of effectively suppressing variation of front-side luminosity. This LED module is provided with multiple light emitting diodes. The multiple light emitting diodes are arranged only on lateral surfaces of a right circular cone, a right pyramid, a truncated right circular cone or a right truncated pyramid, the inclination angle of said lateral surfaces to the bottom surface is 55°-82°, the light emitting surfaces of the multiple light emitting diodes are substantially parallel with the aforementioned lateral surfaces, and the angles formed by projection lines formed by projection onto the bottom surface of the normal lines of the light emitting surfaces of neighboring light emitting diodes or light emitting diode groups are all identical and less than or equal to 72°. Preferably, the lateral surfaces on which the light emitting diodes are arranged are lateral surfaces of a right pyramid or a right truncated pyramid, one or more light emitting diodes are arranged on said lateral surfaces, and the bottom surface of the right pyramid or right truncated pyramid is a 5- or more-sided polygon, all of the inner angles of which are equal.
