Abstract:
Provided herein are a left atrial appendage occlusion/isolation device (1), a delivery device (2), and a left atrial appendage occlusion/isolation system. The left atrial appendage occlusion/isolation device (1) comprises an occlusion assembly (11) and an electrode assembly (12). The occlusion assembly (11) is configured for occluding the left atrial appendage. The electrode assembly (12) is arranged on the occlusion assembly (11) and is electrically insulated from the occlusion assembly (11). One end of the electrode assembly (12) is configured for detachably and electrically connecting the delivery device (2), and the other end of the electrode assembly (12) is configured for abutting against the opening of the left atrial appendage. The electrode assembly (12) is configured for transmitting an electrical stimulation signal from the delivery device (2) and releasing the electrical stimulation signal to the opening of the left atrial appendage. Such configuration can ablate the opening of the left atrial appendage by using the electrode assembly (12) while occluding the left atrial appendage by means of the occlusion assembly (11), such that occlusion and ablation are integrated, thereby reducing the operation cost, saving the operation time, and improving the success rate of surgery.
