Abstract:
The present invention relates to a physical exercise apparatus comprising: a left lower limb plate (31) and a right lower limb plate (32) on which lower limbs of a user are stably seated; an upper body plate (40) on which the upper body of the user is stably seated; and a left head plate (51) and a right head plate (52) on which the head of the user is stably seated, wherein a left and right lower limb seating part and head seating part alternately move in the longitudinal direction of the body, and an upper body seating part rotates. Through the present invention, it is possible to provide a high level of exercise benefit while minimizing the feeling of restraint and discomfort which may be caused in the process of using a physical exercise apparatus, and it is possible to improve user convenience and the sense of comfort.
