The present invention relates to a length adjustment device for an extension pipe for a telescope, comprising a hollow outer pipe having a through-hole; a hollow inner pipe which is movably inserted into the outer pipe and which has multiple slits formed therein; and a length adjustment unit installed in the through-hole of the outer pipe. The length adjustment unit includes a button housing arranged in the through-hole of the outer pipe; a locking button fixed in the button housing such that the locking button can seesaw; a one-sided elastic body for elastically supporting the lower portion of one side of the locking button to maintain the other side of the locking button at a lowered state by a seesaw motion; a locking pin which is lowered together with the other side of the locking button and inserted into the slits of the inner pipe to lock the inner pipe; a lifter for lifting the locking pin to separate the locking pin from the slits of the inner pipe and to thus unlock the inner pipe; and a guide for guiding the lifting motion of the locking pin. The locking pin is inserted into the slits of the inner pipe to firmly fix the inner pipe.
