Abstract:
A lens (01) inkjet tooling, which is used to mount lenses (01); the lenses (01) each have an inkjet sidewall (011), a first surface (012), and a second surface (013). The inkjet tooling comprises a first tooling panel (1) on which a plurality of first accommodating holes (11) are disposed, a second tooling panel (2) on which a plurality of second accommodating holes (21) are disposed and which covers the first tolling panel (1), a first cover film (3) which is attached to the first tooling panel (1), and a second cover film (4) which is attached to the second tooling panel (2). The first accommodating holes (11) each have a first mounting wall (111) and a first enclosure wall (112), and a position of each first mounting wall (111) away from the second tooling plate (2) extends into a first accommodating hole (11) to form a first abutment portion (113). The second accommodating holes (21) each have a second mounting wall (211) and a second enclosure wall (212), and a position of each second mounting wall (211) away from the first tooling plate (1) extends into a second accommodating hole (21) to form a second abutment portion (213). The inkjet sidewalls (011), first enclosure walls (112) on a corresponding side and second enclosure walls (212) on a corresponding side form inkjet holes (02). The tooling in the present solution may fix with the lenses (01), and the inkjet efficiency of the lenses (01) is improved by directly inverting the tooling and spraying the lenses on both sides.
