A lens module (100) and a camera device comprising same. The lens module (100) comprises a lens barrel (20) and a lens set (10), wherein the lens set (10) is installed in the lens barrel (20). The lens set (10) comprises a first lens (11) closest to an image side. The first lens (11) comprises a step structure (112) formed corresponding to a segmentation position, a middle surface (111), and an outer side surface (113) abutting against the lens barrel (20), wherein the middle surface (111) and the step structure (112) are both located on the image side, and the middle surface (111) is connected to the outer side surface (113) by means of the step structure (112). The segmentation position is an assembly position of two adjacent parts of a mold for forming the first lens (11). The middle surface (111) comprises a light emission surface (1111) for light transmission and imaging, and a bearing surface (1112) perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens module (100), wherein the light emission surface (1111) and the step structure (112) are both connected to the bearing surface (1112). The step structure (112) obliquely extends from the outer end of the bearing surface (1112) to an object side. The lens module (100) facilitates the subsequent assembly process, and the appearance yield of the lens module (100) is effectively improved.
