Disclosed is an optical device with a lens module (100). The lens module (100) comprises a holder (110), a slider (120), a slider regulating part (170), and a lens assembly (130). The slider (120) is slidably fixed on the holder (110). The slider regulating part (170) is used to regulate the slider (120) to forwardly (Y+) or backwardly slide in a first direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the holder (110), and the slider (120) remains fixed in other directions than the first direction (Y). The lens assembly (130) is elastically fixed on the holder (110), the lens assembly (130) can move away from the holder in the axial direction (X) of the holder (110), and the lens assembly (130) remains fixed in other directions than the axial direction (X). The slider (120) and the lens assembly (130) are respectively provided with a first guide part (123) and a second guide part (135) matching each other, and the slider (120) and the lens assembly (130) abut against each other via a first raised surface and a second raised surface. In a process where the slider regulating part (170) drives the slider (120) to move in the first direction (Y), the lens assembly (130) is displaced close to or away from the holder (110) in the axial direction (X) of the holder (110), and thereby the position of the lens assembly (130) in the lens module (100) can be conveniently and accurately regulated.
