Abstract:
In order from the object side, a first convex lens group (20) of multiple first elemental convex lenses (21) arranged in a planar manner, a second convex lens group (22) of multiple second elemental convex lenses (23) arranged in a planar manner, and a third convex lens group (24) of multiple third elemental convex lenses (25) arranged in a planar manner are provided. The structure is such that the lens diameter and the lens pitch of the elemental convex lenses increase in the order of first convex lens group (20), second convex lens group (22), and third convex lens group (24).
