Abstract:
This lens processing system is configured provided with: a processing device (10) which uses a processing tool to perform edging processing of an eyeglass lens; a shape measurement device (20) which measures the processing shape of the eyeglass lens periphery after edging processing by the processing device (10); a storage unit (41) which stores information (42) relating to a reference shape of the processing tool (11) used by the processing device (10); a shape comparison determination unit (43) which compares the result of measurement by the shape measurement device (20) and the reference shape of the processing tool (11) specified from the information (42) stored in the storage unit (41) and, on the basis of the comparison results, determines whether or not it is necessary to change the processing tool (11); and an information output unit (44) which, if the shape comparison determination unit (43) has determined that a change is needed, outputs information to that effect.
