Abstract:

A level adjustment mechanism of a laser pipe cutting machine body, comprising a first housing (1), auxiliary leveling assemblies (2), a main leveling assembly (3), a stabilizing assembly (4) and a first base (5), the first housing comprising a top plate (11), side plates (12), a first rotating shaft (13) and a bottom plate (14); the first rotating shaft penetrates through two sets of side plates and is rotatably mounted on the center points of the side plates by means of first ball bearings; two sets of auxiliary leveling assemblies are fixedly mounted on both ends of the first rotating shaft, respectively, and are located at outer sides of the two sets of side plates; and two sets of first balance rods (131) are arranged on the first rotating shaft, the two sets of first balance rods being centrally symmetrical, with the central axis of the first rotating shaft as the center. A method for adjusting the level adjustment mechanism of the laser pipe cutting machine body: controlling the auxiliary leveling assemblies so that both ends of the first rotating shaft are in a horizontal state, the two sets of first balance rods being in a balanced state by means of the stabilizing assembly, and the side plates being rotated by means of the main leveling assembly to complete leveling. The level adjustment mechanism is more convenient when leveling, and leveling accuracy is ensured.
