Abstract:
A level shift circuit according to an aspect of the present technology is provided with an input portion, a supply portion, and a regulating portion. An input signal of a first power supply system is input to the input portion. The supply portion has a pair of nodes, is connected to one power supply line of a pair of power supply lines constituting a second power supply system having a voltage level higher than that of the first power supply system, and supplies, in accordance with the input signal, the potential of the one power supply line to one of the pair of nodes. The regulating portion is connected to the other power supply line of the pair of power supply lines, and regulates current between a node of the pair of nodes to which the potential of the one power supply line is supplied and the other power supply line.
