Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a leveling agent, particularly a polypyridine compound. The polypyridine compound comprises a structural unit as shown in formula (I) or a protonation product of the structural unit as shown in formula (I), wherein in the formula (I), R1 and R2} are independently selected from any one of a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylenealkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkylenearyl group, and an alkylene group, arylene group, arylenealkyl group, and alkylenearyl group containing an ether oxygen atom, ester group, and/or imide group; R3 is a single bond, and a group such as a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted arylenealkyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted arylenealkyl group. The leveling agent facilitates defect-free and high-flatness filling. The embodiments of the present application further provide a preparation method for and a use of the leveling agent.
