Abstract:
A leveling apparatus for processing garment fabrics, the apparatus comprising a workbench, a dust cover, a telescopic rod, a supporting rod, a rotating shaft, a heating plate, a thread sticking device, a first limiting plate, a sliding block, a second limiting plate, a rotating plate, a limiting block, a fixing rod, a first sliding shaft, a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, a first spring and a torsional spring, wherein a rotating roller is provided on the workbench; a pretreatment mechanism is arranged on the dust cover; the telescopic rod is connected to the dust cover and the heating plate; the supporting rod is connected to the workbench; the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the supporting rod; a first installation chamber is provided in the rotating shaft; the first sliding shaft penetrates through the rotating shaft and is connected to the fixing rod; the fixing rod is connected to the limiting block; an avoidance mechanism is provided on the rotating shaft; the first spring is sleeved on the first sliding shaft; the rotating plate is rotationally arranged in the first installation chamber by means of the torsion spring and the rotating plate tightly presses the limiting block; the sliding block is connected to the second limiting plate and the first limiting plate; and the first limiting plate presses an inner wall of the thread sticking device. By means of the present utility model, the garment fabrics can be conveniently cleaned and leveled.
