Abstract:
The present application provides a leveling control system and method for a working bucket of an aerial lift truck, and an aerial lift truck. The leveling control system comprises: an inclination measurement device, which measures the inclination of a working bucket and sends an inclination signal; a leveling mechanism, used for adjusting the inclination angle of the working bucket; a reversing valve, used for controlling the movement trend of the leveling mechanism; a leveling proportional valve, which is connected to a pressure oil source and the reversing valve; and a controller, which is electrically connected to the inclination measurement device, the reversing valve, and the leveling proportional valve, and sends a leveling signal to the leveling proportional valve and a switch signal to the reversing valve according to the inclination signal. According to the leveling control system provided by the present application, a proportional reversing valve used in the related art for leveling a working bucket is changed to a reversing valve and a leveling proportional valve, and a control signal sent to the proportional reversing valve is split into a switch signal sent to the reversing valve and a leveling signal sent to the leveling proportional valve, thereby bringing the effects of shortening the response time of the leveling control system, reducing lag of working bucket leveling, and improving the safety of an operator.
