Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention is a leveling device. In the present invention, the leveling device comprises: a base; a housing which is cylindrical and connected to the base, and an accommodation area being formed between the housing and the base; an end cover arranged opposite to the base and provided on the side of the housing facing away from the base; a flexible hinge provided in the accommodation area, clamped between the base and the end cover, and configured to be elastically deformed between the base and the end cover; and at least three ceramic stacks provided in the accommodation area and clamped between the base and the end cover, each ceramic stack being configured to be deformed in the axial direction of the end cover after being powered on; wherein at least three of the ceramic stacks are arranged in the circumferential direction of the end cover; the housing is used for limiting the end cover to move in a preset range in the axial direction thereof, and is further used for limiting the end cover to move in a preset range in the radial direction thereof. Compared with the prior art, the leveling device can meet the requirements of bearing a high load and a large tangential force.
