Abstract:
A lever structure which has an anti-jamming function, comprising a lever body, and a first anti-wear hemispheroid (18) movably mounted at the top part of the lever body by means of an anti-wear assembly. The anti-wear assembly comprises a first bearing bushing (17) and a limiting assembly. The first bearing bushing (17) is fixed at the top part of a lever, the limiting assembly is fixed on the first anti-wear hemispheroid, the anti-wear assembly limits the first bearing bushing (17) in the first anti-wear hemispheroid (18), and the anti-wear hemispheroid (18) is fixed at the top part of the lever body by means of the first bearing bushing (17). A first limiting assembly comprises an annular hemispheroid retaining ring (13) or three arc-shaped stoppers (21). The lever body is composed of a lever base (6), a lever inner shaft (9), a lever outer shaft (14), rolling bearings (8, 15), etc. The lever base (6) is connected to an output shaft of a driving motor (1), the lever inner shaft (9) is connected to the lever base (6) by using screws, and the inner shaft (9) and the outer shaft (14) are connected to each other by means of the rolling bearings (8, 15), so that the sliding friction between the lever and a propeller blade is converted into the rolling friction of the bearings, which greatly reduces the frictional force and may effectively prevent the lever from being jammed when a propeller is moved.
