Abstract:
Provided is a lever-type connector comprising a first housing, a second housing, and a lever that is attached to the outer surface of the first housing and is pivotable between an initial position and a mated position, it being possible to restrict the pivoting of the lever in the mated position by engaging an engagement part provided to a pair of arm parts and an engaging part provided protruding from the second housing, wherein the pair of arm parts are provided with an orientation guiding part protruding inward by a protrusion dimension smaller than that of the engaging part, and the orientation guiding part is capable of guiding the lever to a normal orientation with respect to the second housing by abutting the second housing prior to the engagement of the engagement part with the engaging part.
