Abstract:
The present invention achieves a LiCoO2-containing sintered compact: with which film formation rate can be accelerated during sputtering, particularly even when forming film with only pulse DC discharge sputtering; with which the generation of flakes due to the sputtering is limited; and which is not susceptible to cracking and is easy to handle. Said LiCoO2-containing sintered compact is characterized in satisfying all of: mean crystal grain diameter being 10-40 µm; relative density being at least 90%; and resistivity being 100 Ω∙cm or less.
