Abstract:
A LiDAR according to the technology of the present disclosure comprises: a laser light source (1) that oscillates a laser beam; a beam splitting device (2) that splits the laser beam into two systems; a modulator (3) that performs phase modulation on the laser beam transmitted from the beam splitting device (2); a gas cell (4); a beam detector (5) that detects a transmissive laser beam that has passed through the gas cell (4), and modulates the transmissive laser beam into an electrical signal; and a wavelength control device (7) that controls the wavelength of the laser light source (1). The temperature of the laser light source (1) can be controlled, and the LiDAR further comprises a target spectrum detecting device (6) that performs temperature sweeping control and constant temperature control for the laser beam source (1).
