Abstract:
A life prediction device (4) comprises: a life storage unit (44) for holding, as life data, the basic life of an object that is a device or a component constituting an industrial machine and the consumed life that is life consumed from the basic life; a device stress inference unit (41) for inferring device stress on the basis of device state information (8) that is information about the use state of the object; a life consumption amount inference unit (42) for inferring, on the basis of the device stress, a life consumption amount that is the life of the object consumed per a given cycle; and a life prediction unit (43) for predicting the predicted device life of the object on the basis of the life data held by the life storage unit (44) and the life consumption amount. The life prediction device (4) outputs the device stress inferred by the device stress inference unit (41) and the predicted device life predicted by the life prediction unit (43) so as to notify thereof to the outside.
