Abstract:
This lifestyle habit improvement system (10) is equipped with: an acquisition unit (101) for acquiring a plurality of first behavior modification stages obtained as a result of evaluating the behavior modification stage of each of a plurality of first users; a classification unit (104) for classifying the plurality of first users into a plurality of groups according to the plurality of first behavior modification stages in a manner such that users evaluated to be at similar behavior modification stages belong to the same group; an extraction unit (105) for acquiring one or more first behaviors of one or more second users who belong to a first group among the plurality of groups, and extracting a second behavior, which yields the effect of transitioning to a higher behavior modification stage, from among the one or more acquired first behaviors; and a reporting unit (103) for reporting the second behavior to one or more third users, who currently belong to the first group and are some of the one or more second users.
