Abstract:
A lifetime estimation device for energy storage devices, provided with a lifetime estimation unit (3), comprises: an operation controlling unit for lifetime estimation (33) that controls operation of the energy storage device; a data collecting unit (34) that collects measurement data for a plurality of operation conditions and calculates and sequentially stores evaluation characteristics; a data analyzing unit (35) that creates a regression equation to show the relationship between the evaluation characteristics and the operation time by curve fitting the stored evaluation characteristics data with a suitable approximate function; and a lifetime estimation formula generating unit (36) to create a lifetime estimation formula to calculate an estimation value for the evaluation characteristics for an operation condition based on the regression equation.
