Description:
A LIFT MACHINE

Technical Field

This invention relates to the lift machine developed for use in the entertainment and education sector, which has a mobile simulation structure and makes the end-user landing and boarding operations easier and safer.

State of The Art

Some vehicles used in the entertainment and education sector today have movable seats. These seats are located on a fixed chassis and accordingly, end-users need stairs or similar tools to access these seats. It is possible to climb to the seat using stairs, but some safety problems can be encountered while reaching to the seat. Due to the fact that these seats do not have a railing and the ability to rotate 360 degrees, the end-user faces dangerous situations when reaching to the seat. Today, there is a need for vehicles that can be easily and reliably accessible without requiring the use of stairs.

In the patent application document TR2006/06348 found in the literature search, a product in the simulator seats used in the entertainment and education sector that can move the movement mechanism with manpower and/or motor and is also developed to save energy is described. This product does not provide an adequate solution for the end-user to provide ease of boarding and safety while accessing the seats.

As a result, due to the above-mentioned drawbacks and the inadequacy of the existing solutions, an improvement in the technical field has been required.

The Aim Of Invention

The invention is inspired by the existing circumstances and aims to solve the above- mentioned drawbacks.

The main aim of this invention is to ensure that the landing and boarding operations performed to the seating group in the lift machine, which is used in the entertainment and education sector and has a mobile simulation infrastructure, are easy and safe.

Another aim of this invention is that there is no need for the use of stairs in the landing and boarding operations to the seating group in the lift machine.

Another aim of this invention is to offer the pleasure of vista at a higher point above the ground than other machines used today. The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention outlined in the drawings below and in the detailed description made by referring these figures will be understood clearly, therefore the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed explanation into consideration.

Detailed Description Of The Invention In this detailed description, the preferred structures of a lift machine (1 ) of the invention are described only for a better understanding of the subject.

This invention relates to the lift machine (1 ) developed for use in the entertainment and education sector, which has a mobile simulation structure and makes the end-user (A) landing and boarding operations easier and safer. A seating group (2) in the lift machine

(1 ) does not require the use of stairs in the landing and boarding operations performed by the end user (A). The lift machine (1 ) offers the pleasure of vista at a higher point above the ground than other machines used today.

The lift machine (1 ), shown in perspective view in Figure 1 , comprises the seating group

(2) on which the end-user (A) is seated on and a primary movement mechanism (3) enabling the seating group (2) to rotate 360 degrees in its existing position, so that the end-user (A) to spend time in a more enjoyable manner. The body (4) in the lift machine

(1 ) is placed on a floor and serves as a support for the seating group (2) and for the primary movement mechanism (3).

A movie is projected on a curtain mechanism (5) in the lift machine (1 ) for the purpose of education, entertainment, and similar activities during the movements of the seating group

(2). This allows the end-user (A) to sit in the seating group (2) and watch the relevant movie.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the curtain mechanism (5), shown in Figure 2 in detail, comprises a curtain (51 ), which is in the form of a hollow hemispherical dome, thereby giving depth and volume to the film projected on its inner surface, allowing the end user (A) to experience the atmosphere of the film better, and stands (52) that allows the curtain (51 ) to stand firmly on the ground.

A secondary movement mechanism (6) and a tertiary movement mechanism (7) are placed to the body (4). The secondary movement mechanism (6) allows the seating group (2) to be placed in the boarding position for the end-user (A) to board when requested. The secondary movement mechanism (6) also allows the seating group (2) to be placed in activity position so that the end-user (a) can monitor training, entertainment and such activities when requested. The tertiary movement mechanism (7) allows the seating group (2) to move up and down.

The secondary movement mechanism (6), shown in detail in Figure 3, is a hollow rectangular prism with a cut surface, comprising a slide (61 ) which acts as a guide due to its hollow surface, a wheel (62) which engages in the hollow structure of the slide (61 ) and moves within the slide (61 ), thereby enabling the movement of the seating group (2), and a connection apparatus (63) for adjusting the position of the wheel (62).

The tertiary movement mechanism (7), shown in detail in Figure 4, comprises a hydraulic piston (71 ) enabling the seating group (2) to move up and down, an upper bearing (72) for centering the upper part of the hydraulic piston (71 ), and a lower bearing (73) for centering the lower part of the hydraulic piston (71 ).

In the lift machine (1 ) of the invention, the seating group (2) is primarily positioned in the boarding position by means of secondary movement mechanism (6) and tertiary movement mechanism (7). In the said boarding position, the end-user (A) can sit on the seating group (2) without the need for a ladder. In the meantime, the security bars in the seating group (2) are locked, thus preventing the end-user (A) from falling from the seating group (2) during watching of a movie. Then, the seating group (2) is then brought to the initial position employing the secondary movement mechanism (6) and the tertiary movement mechanism (7). When in the initial position, the movie is reflected in the curtain mechanism (5) and the seating group (2) is positioned at different angles through the primary movement mechanism (3). When the movie is over, the seating group (2) is then brought to the boarding position by means of the secondary movement mechanism (6) and the tertiary movement mechanism (7). In this position, the safety bars in the seating group (2) are unlocked and then the end-user (A) gets off from the seating group (2) without the need for a ladder.
