Abstract:
A lift and transfer machine comprises a machine base (10) having an accommodation space (11), and a first transport portion (20), a second transport portion (30), and a lifting portion (40) accommodated in the accommodation space (11). The first transport portion (20) has a direction consistent with a direction of a main transport line, and a direction of the second transport portion (30) and the direction of the main transport line intersect. The lifting portion (40) comprises a first drive mechanism (41) installed on the machine base (10), an eccentric wheel assembly (42) connected to an output terminal of the first drive mechanism (41), and a sliding assembly (43) slidably installed on the machine base (10). The second transport portion (30) comprises a support assembly (31) vertically slidably installed on the machine base (10) and multiple first belt members (32) being partially rotatably installed on the support assembly (31). The sliding assembly (43) has one end slidably connected to the support assembly (31), and the other end connected to the eccentric wheel assembly (42). The first drive mechanism (41) drives, by means of the eccentric wheel assembly (42), the sliding assembly (43) to perform a reciprocating movement in a horizontal direction, so as to lift or withdraw the support assembly (31) and the first belt members (32). The lift and transfer machine enables articles to be placed in multiple directions, including the front, back, left, and right, so as to change the conveying direction of the articles.
