Abstract:
A lifting mechanism and a height-adjustable table, comprising: a cross arm assembly (10), the cross arm assembly (10) comprising a first combined arm (10a) and a second combined arm (10b) arranged in parallel, the first combined arm (10a) and the second combined arm (10b) both comprising a first support member (11) and a second support member (12), and the length of the first support member (11) being greater than the length of the second support member (12); a support connection assembly (20), the support connection assembly (20) comprising a first rotary connection assembly (21) fixed on a base, a first sliding connection assembly (22), and a second rotary connection assembly (23) and a second sliding connection assembly (24) fixed on the bottom side of a table board; and a driving member (30) connected to the cross arm assembly (10) and/or the support connection assembly (20), and used for driving a moving member (26) to change the position of the moving member (26) on a sliding rail (25). Conventional scissor-shaped support edges are changed into a Y-shaped structure in which a long edge is hinged to a short edge, such that the structure is simpler, and at least one short-edge material is omitted, thereby saving materials, reducing costs, and achieving higher practicability.
