The present disclosure provides a lifting rib structure, comprising a housing which is fixed to an inner wall of a washing drum and forms an inner cavity with the inner wall of the washing drum. The housing is provided with through holes which are connected to the inside of the washing drum. A filter structure is arranged in the inner cavity to filter water flowing in through the through holes. The inner cavity is connected to a drain of the washing drum. A water flow is generated in the inner cavity, flows past the filter structure, flows to the drain, and washes the filter structure. According to the lifting rib provided in the present disclosure, water in the washing drum can be filtered by the filter structure arranged in the lifting rib. A discharged water flow is generated in the lifting rib, flows past the through holes and the filter structure and eventually flows to the drain. The discharged water flow washes the filter structure such that the filter structure is self-cleaned, and the filtering effect of the filter structure is guaranteed. The present disclosure also provides a laundry treatment apparatus which comprises the lifting rib structure described above.
