Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a ligand-modified quantum dot composition, a ligand-modified quantum dot layer, a preparation method therefor, and a quantum dot light-emitting diode. A chain segment B of a ligand modifier in the ligand-modified quantum dot composition is a breakable chain segment. That is, the chain segment B is a relatively long molecular chain, such that a material has good solubility and stability. The ligand-modified quantum dot composition exists in the form of a solution, ink, or the like. The chain segment B itself is not quite stable and can be broken under certain conditions. In specific applications, groups in the chain segment B can be broken by heating or illumination, such that the ligand modifier becomes a short molecular chain ligand, thereby allowing quantum dots to be densely packed, and improving carrier transport performance.
