Abstract:
In a light-adjusting-panel structure (30), a light-adjusting sheet (32) is bonded, using a first adhesive (33), to the back surface (34d) of a first transparent panel (34). In this light-adjusting-panel structure (30), the end section (32a) of the light-adjusting sheet (32) is drawn out to a position closer to the end section (34a) of the first transparent panel (34) than the end surface (33a) of the first adhesive (33), in a direction along the panel surface (34b) of the first transparent panel (34). Further, the light-adjusting-panel structure (30) covers the drawn-out end section (32a) and the end surface (33a) of the first adhesive (33), the light-adjusting-panel structure (30) being provided with a seal material (37) having lower moisture permeability than the first adhesive (33).
