Abstract:
A light alloy and fiber-reinforced composite material heterogeneous joint and a preparation method. Laser etching is carried out on a surface of a light alloy (1), and a micron-scale undulating structure is formed on the surface thereof; a metal mesh is arranged between the light alloy (1) and a fiber-reinforced composite material (2) to serve as a transition structure (3); one side of the metal mesh is spray-coated with a same material as the fiber-reinforced composite material (2), the spray-coated layer is in contact with the fiber-reinforced composite material (2), and the other side of the metal mesh is in contact with the light alloy (1); welding is carried out by using welding equipment, and a high-strength heterogeneous joint is obtained after welding is completed. The preparation method can improve the strength of a heterogeneous joint, and problems such as connection not being easy for a light alloy and fiber-reinforced composite material heterogeneous joint and that said joint has low strength and is prone to early failure after connection are all solved.
