Abstract:
A light-beany-flavor low-temperature defatted soybean meal production device and preparation method, which belong to the technical field of soybean deep processing and can solve the technical problems of strong beany flavor and low quality of soybean meal in the existing production methods for soybean meal products. Said preparation method comprises: (1) screening-out of impurities; (2) color sorting of a raw material; (3) drying; (4) cotyledon breaking and enzyme deactivation; (5) flash evaporation and degassing; (6) roll pressing and extraction; and (7) vacuum desolvation; the steam enzyme deactivation treatment specifically comprises increasing the temperature of bean cotyledon to 85-90°C in a steam enzyme deactivation device, and then treating same in an enzyme deactivation tank for 2-15 mins. The soybean meal produced by using the provided production device and preparation method has features such as a light beany flavor. The present invention can be applied to the preparation of light-beany-flavor defatted soybean meal.
