Abstract:
The present invention provides a light-blocking composition which is capable of forming a light-blocking film that has excellent adhesion to a substrate and excellent residue removability during development. A light-blocking composition according to the present invention contains at least (A) light-blocking particles or a light-blocking dye, (B) a dispersion resin, (C) a binder polymer that has an acid value of 50 mgKOH/g or less and a weight average molecular weight of 8,000-50,000, and (D) a polymerizable compound.
