Abstract:
A light control device mounted on an operating window of an automobile comprises: a light control sheet comprising a light control layer including a liquid crystal composition, and a first transparent electrode layer and a second transparent electrode layer, which are a pair of transparent electrode layers sandwiching the light control layer; and a power supply connecting portion for supplying electric power to the light control sheet. The first transparent electrode layer is divided into a plurality of electrode regions, and each electrode region has an end portion along a lower edge of the light control sheet. The power supply connecting portion includes a first power supply connecting portion for electrically connecting the first transparent electrode layer and an external power supply. The first power supply connecting portion is connected to the edge portion of each electrode region.
